I was chillin' like a villian having nothing to do with this dude at all UNTIL he started on me on the VAP board, A thread that I saved for just such a reason. The proof is in the pudding who instigated the whole thing. Now I know this dude can't sue us over something said on a messageboard, but just for laughs, I could take this stuff to my lawyer Mr. Jeff Sturgill (unlike this dude, I am not gonna threaten with a lawyer. I have him paid well in advance, and am assured of quality representation for a long time to come) and he could send a certified letter to this dude's residence (which I have addy for), so go ahead and try to sue genious. Take it to any lawyer worth a crap, and he'll tell you (while struggling to compose himself/suppress the laughter) that you dont have a case.If you are able to find a nimrod lawyer that would actually throw that in front of a judge, we'll just watch the judge laugh in your face (dealt with every judge in our local system-feel good about whomever it may be-in this line of work you get to know them all). If by some crazy occurance that I end up going to court, I'll make sure to have the date set/continued to a day where I am scheduled to work (we are short-handed after all), and YOU will be billed for the day that I take, so spies: have at it-shoot this one to the dude so he can put it on his lil board. Threaten to sue all you want, but watch who you decide to go after . Big time waste of time and money on his part.
